Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guacstar to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious guacamole dishes in a fast-paced environment. The successful Guacstar will be able to work well under pressure, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare guacamole dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and quality control guidelines
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including setting up the dining area and ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing exceptional customer service to guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service during peak periods
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on menu offerings and company policies
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Skills:
- Extensive experience in food preparation and service
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control guidelines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
