    Responsibilities:
    - Lead and manage the kitchen team, including cooks and other kitchen staff
    - Plan and develop menus that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
    - Prepare and cook food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
    - Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed
    - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    - Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
    - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
    - Oversee shift management, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations

    Skills:
