We are a Dry Cleaners looking for a store front counter employee to serve as our customers’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their needs. Her/his responsibilities include receiving/delivering garments, coordinate with other employees to make sure we deliver on time and providing information about our services. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the retail/hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform all clothes check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage phone calls
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register customers collecting necessary information (like contact details)
• Provide information about our services
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our staff to ensure all garments are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate customers’ needs
• Other required tasks in order to provide a world-class service to our clients

Abilities

• Work experience as a Front Desk/Store Employee, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with computers/software as a user
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Superior attendance

Hours

M- F 8am - 3pm

Some Saturdays 9am - 5pm

Must have availability within the above hours and be flexible. Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Job Type: Part-time
