WHAT WILL I DO?
- Assist customers with account questions.
- Review internal reports for accuracy.
- Help customers with online banking functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service verbally over the phone and in
person.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, bank, or other
financial service provider experience is preferred.
Previous banking or teller experience and cash handling experience is
preferred.
