A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / CREW MANAGER

As our Construction Foreman / Crew manager, you act as the face of our company because you're the one that is consistently out in the field at each project. Being a can-do, get-it-done person, you always take responsibility for the performance of you and your team. Acting as both an offensive and defensive player, your team can count on you to help prevent delays and stay within budget. Our customers and staff members benefit from your friendly demeanor and positive attitude!

In order to motivate your team to be victory-driven, you use your strong coaching and mentoring skills. Your team relies on you to improve productivity and keep them attentive to safety as well as knowledgeable about OSHA requirements. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential construction
• 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred
• Can read plans and blueprints
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and completing other job-related tasks
• Excellent leadership ability
• Ability to pass a background and drug test

WORK SCHEDULE
