The Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in our expansion by developing and expanding relationships with referral sources while managing a team of 10 reps growing to 20 by the end of this year. This position will have access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budgets to achieve their assigned goals. This role features a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, full benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a phone allowance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of medical field sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
Assist with the resolution of priority customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
