Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends. Additionally, Sales Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Sales Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. In this role, you will: Works with cross-functional partners and customer/field teams to bring Customer perspective. Build and update sophisticated reports for sales planning and BU project team Create reporting templates to support broad range of internal partners (Business Insights Group, Demand Planning, Analytic Insights, etc.) Provide input into integrated customer plan and contributes to business plan release for the GLAD Brand. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities. Lead sales input process for core business activities including innovation and forecasting. Use appropriate tools, processes, resources to support organization, communicating findings with wide variety of teams including field sales/customer teams, sales planning teams, retailer contacts and Clorox leadership. What we look for: Experience 2 to 4 years of proven experience analyzing sales data for business planning, forecasting and market insights. CPG experience is a plus.
