    SUMMARY: The Revenue Growth Analyst prepares quarterly and yearly revenue reports and documentation of financial documentation, conduct reviews of Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company through financial transactions, sales contracts, and business practices. The Revenue Growth Analyst will also identify revenue control risks and help develop/implement revenue control initiatives by turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. The role serves as the key strategic partner ensuring RGM plans are integrated into annual operating plans, brand plans, customer sales plans as well as all matters including trade ROI. NOTE: This is an in-person job, not remote or hybrid.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

    • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
    • Develop and implement databases, data collections systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
    • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financials; including KPI’s, compared to forecast, budget, and prior year.
    • Provide supporting documentation and analysis to internal and external auditors as needed.
    • Review contracts, sales orders, and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment.
    • Develop, validate, challenge, and explain key trends, indicators, and performance.
    • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and resolve study or client-related issues.
    • Collaborate with operations teams to understand what impacts revenue and provide indicators of changing revenue markets.
    • Assist in performing relative selling price analysis for multiple element arrangements, coordinating with multiple departments in the organization to analyze pricing for product/service offerings.
    • Develop an understanding and detailed knowledge of the various product line revenue through independent discussions and research.
    • Work with payer contract team to analyze impact of new contracts, tax ID consolidations and other changes to specific locations.
    • Ensure that Company management principles, policies and programs are consistently practiced.
    • Must be a team player, with ability to work across boundaries with all levels of the organization.
    • Analyze Company operations to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiencies, cost reduction and enhanced company earnings and growth.
    • Proven planning, project management and organizational abilities.

    COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, competent computer skills in use of word, excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking of various information. Negotiation skills a must for conflict resolution. Demonstrated management and organizational skills.

    QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.

    • Education and/or Experience: Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst- 1 year Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Management. Good administrative and well-developed management principles and people skills. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.


    • Language Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to present and respond to common inquiries.


    • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent; with the ability to develop and interpret graphs used for presentations or reports.


    • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.


    • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Experience with SQL and Power BI.

    The employee must occasionally lift and/or move from 25 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
