Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors, and seeks an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission / bonus structure! We train our full-time sales representatives to ensure you have the tools, resources, and training you need to thrive.

We are actively seeking highly motivated and ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to have the opportunity to become part of our team and represent Metronet Fiber.

Sales & Marketing Representative Responsibilities Involve :

• Meet virtually or in-person with your team for training.
• Conduct door-to-door Residential outside sales.
• Develop your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations.
• Open communication and support with your team throughout each day.
• Track and manage your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily.

Desired Qualifications :

• Motivated and driven sales closer with a desire to make $65k within your first year.
• Confident and savvy with current technology is a MUST.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Aspiration to grow within the company.
• Previous success in direct sales is preferred, but not required.
• MUST HAVE a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
