We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our FORZA Sales Team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our company.

```Responsibilities```

-Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers

-Schedule appointments with homeowners

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers

- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer records

```Skills```

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred

- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and techniques is advantageous

- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for tracking sales activities

- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide the sales team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $61,450.00 - $70,860.00 per year
