Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Role Overview

    The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. This role, will be supporting our client Smithville Fiber, and involves direct interaction with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products, services, or solutions. The representative will actively seek new opportunities, maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

    This position is a door to door sales position and requires travel to meet prospects, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, with a customer-focused approach. You’ll be successful through daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow ups.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in Outside, D2D, or B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
    • Familiarity with sales principles and practices, even if from academic or informal settings.
    • Experience using CRM and Sales tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Badger, etc.)
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
    • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills

    Work Schedule

    • Full-Time, 40 hours per week
