- Clinical Supervisor – IHBTC Lowell Salary Range: $75,000.00 /year $5,000.00 sign on bonus (paid in 5 months). What you will do: Provide supervision to Clinicians, Youth and Family Support Workers, and clinical interns providing intensive community-based, wraparound services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and/or insurance. The Clinical Supervisor also provides direct community-based services to a small caseload of children and families according to the requirements of the program. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the child, parents, and other providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care. The Clinical Supervisor is part of the on-call team providing phone and in person crisis intervention and will provide clinical support to all staff and families involved with the program. The Clinical Supervisor is part of the larger management team at the site and will be part of agency committees including, but not limited to, Utilization Review and Clinical Risk. The Clinical Supervisor will be involved in all aspects of hiring and training of program staff. Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars: Ability to highlight and validate strengths in clinicians. Strong communication skills –both written and verbal Assess, manage, and adapt to competing priorities. Provide leadership and support clinical growth in core competencies. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related human service field. Independent licensure in LMHC, LMFT or LICSW. At least 2 years of experience working with youth with behavioral health needs. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile. We will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice; Substance Use Intervention; Risk and Safety Assessment.
