Childcare Director-in-Training | Spartanburg

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Director-in-Training to support our schools in the Spartanburg area. This position will equip you to step into a Center Director role in the future. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Pay range: $16-$19/hour, based on experience, education, and credentials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in conjunction with a training director, help oversee the daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.

• Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for their children.
• Assist with the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.

• At least 1 year of experience in childcare management.
• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
