SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and manages banking relationships with small business customers to acquire new business, sell financial products and services and grow the portfolio. Prospects for new customers, upsell opportunities, and referrals. Being a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with referral sources. Engages with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide suggestions for products and services that benefit small businesses throughout the business cycle. Our Client Service Team consistently strives for service excellence. Client Service Relationship Specialists work closely with advisor partners to deliver the best client experience. Client Service Relationship Specialists are critical to the service delivery and provide a high-touch experience with our clients.
This position consists of 4 days of in office work, after the training period of 6 months; during the training period this role consists of 5 days a week in office. The base salary range for this position is between 58-66k annually, and the candidate would be eligible for an annual bonus and annual base increase based off their performance and the companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Delivers an exceptional client experience to all clients
• Partners with advisor team to set and achieve high service standards
• Builds personal relationships with clients and advisors
• Ensures a seamless onboarding experience and works with clients to set a great first impression
• Removes roadblocks for clients and focuses on ease of doing business
• Delivers customized service with each client and demonstrates ownership for every request
• Coordinates client appointments, processes requests received from advisors and clients
• Answers phone calls and emails from clients; follows up on client requests
• Submits transaction requests to processing team to ensure completion and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple advisors’ book of business and complex service situations
• Achieves high quality and accuracy of work
• Understands department workflows, policies and procedures to submit requests correctly and timely
• Mentors employees for skill development and career growth
• Identifies process improvements and partners with leaders to implement changes
• Provides notary services for client transactions
• Consistently demonstrates Allworth's guiding principles
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years of financial services industry and client service experience preferred
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Passion for service and client satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strict attention to detail with high quality results
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• High degree of professionalism and leads by example
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Client Relationship Management (CRM)
and Document Management workflow systems
