School Superintendent directs and manages a school district. Oversees all aspects of the district's operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Being a School Superintendent is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals for the school system. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, School Superintendent typically reports to top management. May require a master's degree. The School Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Large land clearing projects located in Texas and Louisiana. Candidates must have transportation to get to the job location at which point the client will provide housing assistance at an Air bnb, provide $50/day food allowance and daily transportation to the job site
Starting out the you will work 5 or 6 days a week, 10 to 12 hours a day.
The superintendents should have some knowledge of heavy equipment (large trackhoes and dozers) and be able to keep the crews productive and on top of their equipment maintenance.
Having knowledge of land clearing is a plus.
All candidates must be able to work away from home for 6 to 8 months. However, you will be able to make a run home on the weekend.
