You will be the face, voice and spirit of our company, assisting doctors and labs with technical questions and product orders. The successful candidate will:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and thorough manner.

• Be responsible for processing orders and ensuring that all order details are accurate and complete.

• Follow customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a deep understanding of dental implant procedures, terminology, and technology to provide knowledgeable support.

• Resolve product issues by identifying the dentists needs and following up to ensure resolution.

• Handle customer returns quickly and efficiently.

• Maintaining a calm and positive attitude when dealing with difficult customers or complaints.

• Demonstrate continuous improvement and promote a progressive quality of work and contribute to the team’s success.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality during scheduled work hours, managing time in a professional manner.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
