Customer Service Representative

8:00am - 4:30pm

We partner with like-minded organizations and individuals in the biotech and scientific community to provide custom product solutions to solve their fluidic and microfluidic needs. This position will provide support for the sales and operations team.

• Primary contact for general incoming calls
• Receive and input sales order entry
• Create production targets
• Ensure adherence to weekly shipping schedule
• Customer communication and coordination to include updating of customer order status and quality data
• New customer setup
• Administer RMA’s (Return Material Authorization)
• Attend operations meeting
• Perform other duties and assist others as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Must work well with others across entirety of the organization and product and collaborate within a small, multi-disciplinary team. Soft skills a must.
• Good verbal and written communication. Able to articulate observations, findings and results in a concise and meaningful manner.
• Must be detail oriented, have a sense of urgency and able to multitask.
• Strong computer skills, especially within Microsoft office.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working in a professional environment preferred
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, use hands/arms and lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
