The Benco Family of Companies is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive results and advance organizational culture, values, and mission. The CEO will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and direction for the overall growth of the organization. A successful track record of sound financial management skills and business acumen is required. The ideal CEO candidate will bring operational efficiencies and develop the necessary infrastructures to ensure comprehensive integration across the companies. The ability to increase sales, implement effective “go to market” strategies, and achieve sustained revenue growth is essential to the role. A successful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will foster highly cohesive, high-performing teams with unified purpose, for companywide engagement. The CEO will report to a Board of Directors and work closely with the group, keeping them informed of critical issues and cultivating a strong collaborative relationship.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in a growing, multifaceted organization
• Experience leading a business unit with full P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated track record of successful process improvement leadership required; corresponding certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), a plus
• Experience in manufacturing strongly preferred; within fabrication and/or job shop environments, a plus
• Demonstrated experience developing high performing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required; additional education, a plus
• Experience integrating acquisitions, a plus
• Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
