**Responsibilities:**

- Schedule work crews to designated locations according to customer requests.

- Maintain accurate records of work crew schedules and assignments.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor staff and equipment locations using tracking systems.

- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to provide updates and information.

- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses to inquiries.

- Inform personnel about traffic issues and provide alternative routes if necessary.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during scheduling or dispatching.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a related field preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
