    Job Details:
    Duties & Qualifications:
    • The agent will conduct Protective Surveillance and Counter Surveillance while providing Armed Concealed Security for the designated principal(s) and or residence(s).
    • The agent will maintain a low profile while on duty at the client(s) residence(s) and/or place of business. 
    • The agent will familiarize themselves with the “Pattern of Life” that was created on the job site and should understand the baseline of the normal day-to-day environment while maintaining communication with our 24/7 Operations Center.
    • The agent will be highly visible and have daily interaction/contact with the principle(s) or the agent will blend with the environment to ensure client privacy and preference.
    • All GRS Agents will be expected to display a high level of physical fitness, a clean professional appearance, and great customer service with a smile.
    • All agents will work a 4-on-4-off rotation consisting of 8–12-hour shifts.
    • The applicant is required to be in good overall physical, mental, and emotional condition, have a good reputation as a team player, and must be willing (if the client requires) to work long hours with an ever-changing schedule.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible are required. 
    • Agents must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, and liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel.
    • Strong oral communication and representational skills are required.
    • Candidates MUST be able to brief, defend, persuade, and instruct others on security requirements and policies.
    • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, and the ability to write in a clear and precise manner are required.

    Additional Duties:
    • Provide covert and overt armed residential protection to the designated principal(s).
    • Report to the residential protection management team.
    • Safeguard the residence and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
    • Conduct all facets of protective duties.
    • Follow and enhance the directed SOP.
    • Conducts ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
    • Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
    • Works directly with local law enforcement to ensure Area of Operation continuity.

    Job Requirements:
    • Candidates with a bachelor's degree are preferred.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
    • Extensive military experience is preferred (preferably in a military special operations branch), and corporate security or law enforcement experience is preferred.
    • Applicant should possess excellent oral, written communication, and analytical skills.
    • Applicant must have high levels of integrity, and trustworthiness.
    • A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school preferred.
    • Valid California BSIS Guard Card is required.
    • Valid California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit is required.
    • Valid California Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW) is required.
    • Must have a high level of firearms proficiency.
    • Experience and understanding of corporate culture.
    • Extensive medical experience (First Responder, EMT, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman) preferred.
    • Well-versed in Report writing.
    • Leadership and management experience preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
    • Will always maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on days, nights, and weekends as required.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • PROVIDE (3) REFERENCES- previous employers (NO family or friends)

    Compensation & Benefits: $32-$40 per hour: Based on experience, training, and other related qualifications
