Senior Manager, Event Production jobs in the United States

Our company is growing and we are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join the team! Our Event Managers are be responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing both small and large scale events. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients and collaborate with the events team to bring unimaginable visions to life! The role of our Event Managers are diverse, fast-paced, and encompass several key operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand, and operate inventory
• Manage accounts: liaise event plans and strategy
• Maintain client, venue, and vendor relations
• Be adept to handling high-level budgets
• Create event designs, digital vision boards, timelines, and accurate floor plans
• Conduct effective site-visits and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Collaborate with Graphics on renders and custom graphics
• Collaborate with Lighting/AV on lighting/AV designs
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and warehouse/technicians
• Event execution and management
• Tastefully represent In The Event® to maintain network and grow client base
• Lead and actively contribute to the whole, working alongside the events team on loading/unloading, setting, and any other manual labor required to successfully execute events
• Confidently negotiate contracts with event-related vendors and venues

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in event-related field or equivalent experience
• 6 years of event experience
• Demonstrates working knowledge and experience within event industry
• Experience in effectively managing teams and different personalities
• Experience managing high-level budgets
• Understands industry trends
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage stress
• Personable, adaptable, and team oriented
• Internally driven and creative
• Work outside of regular business hours for their events
• Legally able to work in the United States

SCHEDULE & PAY RATE:

• Full-time, starting at $48-50K
