Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified US Finance Analyst. This position will be located in Lowell, Oregon.

The Fall Creek Finance Analyst is responsible to support the financial reporting, planning, forecasting, cost accounting, budgeting, and maintenance of financial controls of US/Canada region. The position partners with operations and other financial teams to support the strategy achievement, risk management and business objectives.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

As we build a world with better blueberries at Fall Creek Farm & Nursery we are looking for a US Finance Analyst that will reportto a US Financial Manager andsupport the regional finance function. The Finance Analyst is responsible to support the financial reporting, planning, forecasting, cost accounting, budgeting, and maintenance of financial controls of US/Canada region.

• Acts as a business partner to the Regional Operational Team in providing business, finance, accounting, and controls support toward the execution of region and company goals.
• Supports presentation of the regional managerial financial statements and other financial reports.
• Works with the Finance Manager and Operational team in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities for the region.
• Completes cost accounting activities as assigned and ensures consistency with global company standards.
• Performs business analytics and provides required KPI’s and reports.
• Supports continuous improvement in processes and systems to increase efficiency and create effective controls.
• Supports audit and tax requirements as directed.
• Assures the highest level of confidentiality.
• Supports effective and efficient internal controls to ensure timely, relevant, and accurate financial reporting. Takes appropriate remedies to internal control weaknesses identified by the company’s internal control function and external auditors.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

What you bring to Fall Creek:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting, . CMA Certification is desired.
• Requires 2 years of business/financial analytics and cost acounting in manufacturing, agricultural, fresh fruit or food processing industry.
• Experience in core business analytics financial, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Business acumen to understand industry and business
• Previous experience working with a global ERP system, Excel and PowerBI
• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated record in multicultural environment
• (Desired) Bilingual in Spanish or another global language.
