Service Administrator jobs in Layton, UT

• Meet with clients over vehicle performance concerns or preference of modifications. Complete client’s profile in shop management system to ensure efficient communication, pictures, and other documentation.
• Assign specific jobs to appropriate technician, coordinate with technicians on findings from diagnoses and repair recommendations or services.
• Manage daily schedule and adjusts as necessary from conflicts of parts availability.
• Compiling estimates for clients from diagnoses, pre-purchase, inspections, or repairs.
• Addressing any comments, concerns, or questions from clients regarding services or vehicle repair status.
• Collaborates with clients, vendor, and technicians on the job processes, recommendations, and approvals.
• Ordering from appropriate vendor based upon price, availability and warranty options for the clients needs.
• Coordinates with warranty vendors or companies on policy coverage or part durability issues.
• Receiving payments from clients, vendors, and aftermarket warranty companies.
• Maintain notes in clients profile with each job.

High school diploma/GED required

Excellent communication and organization skills a must

Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
