Supports the research and drafting of proposal and contractual language, delivery processes and document reviews. Participates in the documentation and execution of business plans. Supports due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure implementation of contracting policies and practices. Supports audit response efforts and implementation of corrective actions/solutions. Participates in the assessment of process risks and control adequacy. Assists with maintenance of business processes and data integrity. Assists with monitoring/reconciliation and compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations. Supports special requests for approval and exception, provides contract performance status and contract closeout activities. Supports team coordination with other internal functional disciplines. Supports contracts administration.
The Transactional Contracts & Pricing team has an open position to support either USG or DCS programs. The USG position would support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customer across aircraft like F/A-18, F-15, CH-47, P-8, KC-135, B-52 or B-2 which have complex proposal and execution challenges. The DCS position would support international or commercial customers across similar platforms.
