Job Overview:

GreenWorks Engineering is seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential homes and commercial projects, using industry-standard design software such as Revit and AutoCAD. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to create accurate and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the project requirements and comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design residential homes and commercial buildings from concept through construction documentation.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for both residential and commercial projects.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are accurate, functional, and within project scope.
• Produce high-quality construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
• Provide revisions and updates to designs based on client feedback and project developments.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and ensure alignment between the design and construction phases.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is essential.
