Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base.
• Become a subject matter expert on all product lines and clearly communicate to potential customers.
• Utilize up selling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to align on goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position products.

Experience

• Proven experience in Appliance sales or related fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation and account management are essential.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes and methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
