SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

PRE PRODUCTION

• Concepting and brainstorming, working on strategy with clients
• Communicating with clients and collaborators. Act as the project liaison with the client to ensure alignment, Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key meetings.
• Managing Timelines & Keeping entire SI Show Team On Track
• Managing Scope & Budget
• Owning Strategic Vision for the Project
• Scheduling & Attending Site Visits
• Developing and crafting internal creative needs and working with internal Creative partners in executing on timeline and vision.
• Developing Run of Show & Agendas
• Lead Communicator and Facilitator of Information
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as needed.

ONSITE

• Leading voice of the team, and Leader in the room to execute client’s vision
• Ensuring team operates on schedule and contingency planning for overtime
• Guiding Client Artistic Decisions
• Managing Key Client Leaders
• Collaborate with Technical Partners on Load-in, and seamless execution of the event
• Lead Problem-Solver as issues Arise
• Conduit between Venue and Client (on occasion)

POST PRODUCTION

• Lead on Closing out the Budget and Coordinating Invoicing with Account Executive
• Coordinate Final delivery of assets (creative or physical)
• Collaborate with Technical Partners on Load-out, and ensure costs are according to plan
• Lead Problem-Solver as issues Arise

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years as a producer (agency experience preferred) delivering experiential events, live production, video projects, and more.
• College degree or equivalent experience in fields of theatre, communications, or marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working within tight deadlines, plus experience with a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot quickly based on strategic business needs.
• Creative problem solver who is a passionate, self-starter constantly looking to better the process.
• Comfort level with ambiguity and confidence in decision making.
• Demonstrates an interest and skill in telling stories, and knowledge of emerging media trends and digital technologies.
• Ability to be independent when things are moving fast and productive during the time between projects.
• Leadership skills to provide guidance and direction strategically and real time to teams involved in show production; Ability to use influence and project management skills to produce results as committed to.
• Someone who approaches work with a positive attitude, is willing to take and provide feedback in a productive and proactive manner.
• Additional skills and background that could be beneficial include: Marketing background, theatre, corporate events, graphic design or presentation design skills, communications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer as well as prolonged standing and physical work demands associated with show production.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Ability to deal with fast paced environment with high degree of stress and time management skills needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• 25-50% of travel estimated for client proposals, meetings, as well as show production and company meetings.
