Job Description:

As a Lighting Sales Consultant at Lights Fantastic, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding the perfect lighting solutions to meet their needs. You will utilize your expertise in lighting strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through the selection process, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service. This role requires a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers in selecting lighting fixtures and accessories.

- Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.

- Utilize product knowledge and design expertise to create custom lighting solutions for residential and commercial projects.

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, new products, and technologies to effectively advise customers.

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the lighting or home furnishings industry.

- Strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Knowledge of lighting design principles and electrical systems is a plus.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
