Showroom Sales Associate jobs in Arizona

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our showroom in Tempe, which specializes in selling flat packed kitchen cabinets, jumbo quartz slabs, and other related kitchen & bath products. You will be working in a reception desk in a showroom environment. Our Sales Associate will be answering customer questions and processing transactions. A background in the kitchen & bath industry will definitely help you succeed in this job position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk. You will communicate with customers with professionalism. This includes telephone, text, and email conversations.

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, text, or email and provide accurate information about our products and services. This includes but not limited to: checking prices, inventory levels, providing quotations, and answering their relevant questions or concerns.

- Handle customer purchases, exchanges, returns, and refunds via walk-in or email. Previous retail experience will help you perform this duty effectively.

- Collaborate by effectively communicating with other team members so that our workflow runs smoothly and without affecting our standard of service to customers.

- Assist with customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. You will work directly with management to resolve matters quickly and turn a frown upside down.

- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the showroom.

Requirements:

- Experience as a receptionist, salesperson, or customer service rep is preferred. Having such experience in the kitchen and bath industry is even better.

- Detail oriented and coachable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
