Job Summary
Assists clients in the selection of products, estimating quantities needed, and advising them on best practices for installation while developing customer relationships through exceptional service by performing the following duties. This position requires Saturday hours. Abides by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Consistent and reliable attendance required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provides exceptional customer service by following company sales strategy and demonstrating company values to customers and co-workers.
Assists customers with product selections, estimates and purchases. Assures follow up on orders, coordinate shipping and complete appropriate support documentation.
Develops a working knowledge of products and installation practices.
Answers customer inquiries regarding general product information and pricing.
Develops a working knowledge of internal systems and processes.
Ensures accurate cash handling and order entry.
Responsible for showroom cleanliness and organization. Maintains displays and literature on showroom floor.
Assists outside sales staff as needed.
Abides by company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
