Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Canton, MS (Gluckstadt) as a Showroom Consultant at CARR Kitchen and Bath Design Center. The Showroom Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing kitchen and bath products. They will provide product recommendations, answer inquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The Showroom Consultant will also collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath products is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow team members to create a positive, caring, respectful and cohesive work environment, also sharing knowledge and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
