Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This position requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle - Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle - Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns - Follow designated routes and schedules - Ensure the safety of passengers during transportation - Communicate effectively with dispatchers or supervisors regarding any changes or issues Skills: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a delivery driver, school bus driver, or in shuttle driving is preferred - Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations - Ability to navigate using GPS or maps - Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus - Comfortable with heavy lifting when assisting passengers with luggage or mobility aids Join our team as a Shuttle Driver and enjoy the opportunity to provide safe and reliable transportation services while delivering exceptional customer service.
