The Challenge Program is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in range of administrative tasks from receptionist duties and calendar management, to invoicing and processing payroll.

About The Challenge Program
Who we are: The Challenge Program is a non-profit construction training program with a special emphasis on youth with barriers to employment and urban revitalization.
Since 1995, we provide select Delaware youth ages 17 – 24 with full-time, paid training to learn construction and woodworking skills on real projects. We also provide GED services, comprehensive case management and job placement services.
In addition to being a highly successful job training program, Challenge Program is also a well-established construction company. We bid and execute construction and woodworking projects, which provide work for our trainee crews and allow us to generate revenue for our program. We have 3 crews of trainees working on site, 12 months a year.
