The Success Center Supervisor (SCS) is a frontline leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a community resource center dedicated to empowering youth and families to achieve their own vision for success.
The SCS leads a talented and diverse team of Hospitality Specialists and Navigators, ensuring that the center maintains a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment that effectively connects individuals to the resources, supports, and services they need to thrive.
The SCS works under the direct leadership of the Success Center Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the center and their assigned team operate in alignment with the National Family Support Network's (NFSW) Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support.
This requires a deep commitment to person-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded approaches to direct service, as well as a strong understanding of best practices in program implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, the SCS must bring a team approach to leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous learning among staff.
They must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with youth, families, and community partners from diverse backgrounds.
