What You’ll Do

• Own Social Media Planning: Lead the strategy, execution, and scheduling of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and for all three Sedona locations.
• Film & Produce Live Sales: Ideate, script, and host live sales to captivate audiences, drive viewership, and increase revenue.
• Create & Edit Short-Form Videos: Produce scroll-stopping video content through apps such as CapCut for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, tailored to each platform’s best practices.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Curate, organize, and repurpose UGC while fostering relationships with our community of crystal lovers.
• Community Management: Engage with our audience through Facebook Groups, social comments, and DMs, creating meaningful connections that foster loyalty and sales.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, test new features, and bring innovative ideas inspired by the best-in-class brands.
• Influencer Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers and collaborators to amplify our reach and create dynamic campaigns.
• Campaign Ideation: Think outside the box to create engaging campaigns that bring people together online and drive measurable results.
• Work Closely with Leadership: Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Consultant as well as Owners to align strategies and ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize social media efforts.

About You

You’re a proactive self-starter with a passion for creating high-impact content and an ability to work independently from ideation to execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love testing new ideas, and know how to create strategies that drive real business results.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience managing social media channels with a track record of driving engagement and sales.
• Expertise in short-form video creation and editing (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Knowledge of the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices across social platforms.
• Strong skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design using tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut or Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative mindset paired with strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage influencers, customers, and team members.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• A passion for crystals, metaphysics, or holistic wellness is a big plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,427.00 - $48,000.00 per year
