Our Sales Executive is a key player in driving business growth and client satisfaction. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering compelling, professional presentations to qualified leads who are actively seeking our products or services. You will leverage your knowledge of our offerings to address client needs, showcase our value proposition, and guide them through the purchasing process with confidence and expertise. By using effective communication skills, you will build trust with prospects and help them make informed decisions. In addition to achieving individual sales targets, you will play a crucial role in elevating the overall client experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations of AestheticsPro to warm leads and effectively close deals.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and provide them with information about the features and benefits of AestheticsPro.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a high conversion rate, ensuring that a significant portion of qualified leads convert into successful sales.
- Analyze conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement to refine sales techniques and increase success rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Promote, sell, and secure contracts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales techniques to ensure peak performance.
Experience & Preferred Skills:
- Four (4) years of sales experience is preferred. One (1) year required.
- Motivation for sales and the desire to meet required sales goals.
- Strategic mindset, with ability to develop sales strategies.
- Closing skills, sales planning, prospecting skills, persistence, and organization.
- Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations.
- Bring drive and passion! We will provide the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful.
- Professional, friendly attitude with a goal-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of back-office tools such as Microsoft TEAMs, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Education:
- High School, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in field related to position. Experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Additional Details
- This is a hybrid role - must be able to work from the office located in Olympia, WA 1-3x a week.
- Applicants must live within 30 Miles of the Olympia/Lacey, WA area.
Compensation:
- Full-time salary position -$50,000 - $70,000 Bonus Opportunities based on performance
