We are looking for a seasoned grounds maintenance professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a direct supervisor or quality assurance/control manager to oversee compliance with company standards and contractual requirements for various grounds maintenance sites in Mississippi and Louisiana. Interstate travel will be required for this position, though overnight travel will be minimal.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of grounds maintenance strategies, including industry safety standards and protocols. They should also demonstrate a keen eye for efficient business operations. Given the nature of the role, a customer-service-focused mindset is essential, as successful candidates will be managing relationships with clients, vendors, and our internal team.
