Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads (canvassing, referrals, social media)
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Present, promote, and sell services to customers
• Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory
• Prepare sales contracts and negotiate terms with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Meet with company-generated leads (based on performance)

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a high level of energy
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable, especially Spanish language proficiency
• Experience using CRM software is a plus
• Prior experience in energy sales is preferred
