- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing members in a Spa Environment
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close membership sales
- Manage membership agreements and contracts with potential members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective membership marketing campaigns
- Manage a team of membership sales representatives and provide leadership and guidance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to membership acquisition and retention

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in managing a team or leading projects
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential members
