Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, High Sales Background managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures

-Sales Memberships ,Services, Products

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures

- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis

- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure its proper functioning

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Experience in event planning is a plus

- Previous experience in team management is preferred
