Job Description:

• Lead the spa staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing spa profit
• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa including opening and closing the location
• Interview, hire, and train spa staff in procedure, policy, and health regulations
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the spa needs
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
• Account for and report profits and expenses of the spa
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports
• Manage inventory spa products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items

• Ability to problem solve and work to meet clients satisfaction
• Must be able to use social media such as Canva,Instagram,google,wix...
• Running and analyzing business reports
• Managing cash drawer
• Marketing experience IS A MUST!(please do Not apply if not qualified)
• Graphic Design IS A MUST! (please do Not apply if not qualified)
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Spa is closed on Saturdays , Jewish and some American holidays!!

PAY:Salary commission

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
