We are looking to build our Retail/Sales Staff for a retail store in Evans, GA.
Our team is there to build relationship with customers and assist them by answering questions, providing information, finding solutions to problems and creating an atmosphere of confidence within our customer base that when they walk through the door they will be helped.
The day-to-day role will vary based on the needs of the customers and we ask our team to be flexible.
This is a full time position that will work 5 days a week. Saturday shifts are a must and you will receive a day off during the week.
The position will assist customers by testing water chemistry, selling pool equipment, providing insight and help with pool issues, selling hot tubs/grills, answering phone calls, directing customers to proper departments, creating work orders for service issues when necessary, checking customers out through our Point of Sale system, etc.
Insurance is available after 60 days of employment, paid vacation for major holidays during the first year of employment, 10 days paid vacation after one year of employment, and IRA plans available.
On top of the hourly rate, commission is given on hot tub and swim spa sales
