Spa Manager manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Being a Spa Manager hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Additionally, Spa Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Spa Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Studio, Aveda Lifestyle salon and spa is growing. We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our Guest Care team. This position is part-time, 17-20 hours per week, Wednesday and Friday.
Duties include:
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in hospitality, retail, and/or customer service, be able to multi-task in a busy environment, and provide the highest level of customer service. Schedule availability must be flexible and will include day and evening shifts. Customer Service experience preferred. There will be a series of 6 in-person interviews involved with the hiring process. Health Insurance and Savings plan options available.
