Spa Manager jobs in Gulfport, MS

The Studio, Aveda Lifestyle salon and spa is growing. We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our Guest Care team. This position is part-time, 17-20 hours per week, Wednesday and Friday.

Duties include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting and checking out guests
• Answering phones
• Assisting walk-in retail guests
• Stylists daily schedule management
• All aspects of customer service.
• Identify and drive behaviors to meet goals.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in hospitality, retail, and/or customer service, be able to multi-task in a busy environment, and provide the highest level of customer service. Schedule availability must be flexible and will include day and evening shifts. Customer Service experience preferred. There will be a series of 6 in-person interviews involved with the hiring process. Health Insurance and Savings plan options available.
