Tenafly Dental Spa is looking for an Office Manager with an administrative background to help manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating between the front office and the back office, overseeing and delegating insurance communication, and maintaining a proper schedule, among other duties. You will be the person in charge of offering administrative support across the office. You will coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Manager in our office model, you should have a pleasant personality, as all our roles in the dental office are customer service roles. Multitasking and time management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a Manager's duties and responsibilities are to ensure that all patients and staff are being treated positively, and to execute all administrative tasks with the highest quality.
