Guild is hiring a Stock Plan Administrator. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company's equity plan. The ideal candidate is thoroughly familiar with equity incentive plans including stock options, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP). The Stock Plan Administrator is a member of the Accounting team and will interface with the following teams: People, Payroll, Legal, Technical Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and both internal and external auditors. We are looking for a Stock Plan Administrator who will assist in scaling the company's stock administration function as we grow.|
