Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the clinical, managerial, and administrative aspects of substance abuse programs. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment procedures to achieve standards and objectives. Being a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) partners with community agencies and programs to ensure continuity in the type and level of patient care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and requirements. Additionally, Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Substance Abuse Case Manager

  • · Provide case management services to substance abuse individuals.

    · Assess and develop care plan for all persons served

    · Coordinate all medical, mental, psychosocial, and supportive services with other entities for the benefit of the persons served, in a timely, unduplicated, and cost-effective manner.

    · Assist eligible persons served in applying for government entitlement programs.

    · Educate persons served or ensuring they receive education regarding the importance of Properly document activities for the purpose of billing and service provision.

    Minimum Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required, master’s degree preferred. *

    . Have some knowledge of substance abuse and HIV/ AIDS.

    · Previous experience in direct service delivery, service coordination and/or group facilitation

    · Knowledge of computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

    · Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

    · Reliable Car, insurance, and valid driver’s license.

    · Professionalism, ethics, and excellent work standards.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
