Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCaBA or PBSF to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavior and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
