Surgeon - Burn examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients with burns from heat, cold, chemical, or electrical incidents. Performs escharectomy, skin grafting, and secondary burn surgery. Being a Surgeon - Burn reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Burn may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. - This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing global brand at our beautiful headquarters located at the heart of Los Angeles, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Office Towers.
- We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to perform a variety of secretarial, clerical, administrative and creative duties.
- Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Answers phones and responds to emails.
- Schedules patient appointments utilizing our Electronic Medical Record System (we will provide training on our EMR).
- Obtains and verifies patient insurance eligibility.
- Greets patients and assists them through check-in and check-out process.
- Calculates and accepts patient payments.
- Conducts ordering, pick-ups and drop-offs for office supplies, mails, packages, etc.
- Manages the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Engages with our online social media followers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow the community, and brainstorms creative ways to increase engagement.
- Works with the marketing, creative, and product teams to create high quality, engaging, and relevant social media content.
- Identifies trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities to grow in the social media space.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Preference will be given to those with past related work experience, and those interested in a long-term employment.
