Systems Consultant/Engineering Director oversees the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and installation operations to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Develops standard processes and methodologies to prototype and test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director directs the development of program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide the enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Ensures the delivery of technical information, documentation, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work meet sales cycle and project timeline requirements. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Systems Consultant/Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Position Summary: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the scheduling system to ensure accurate employee time and attendance records. Troubleshoots current and potential issues to minimize/eliminate disruptions. Provides education and support to the staff ensuring consistent application across users. Provides administrative/clerical support to department staff.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:- Maintains and monitors scheduling system to ensure accurate employee time and attendance records.
- Provides education and training on the operation of the scheduling system.
- Investigates potential and reported issues/errors with the system that occur due to data interfaces between the scheduling system and other integrated information systems.
- Acts as a liaison between end users and information system experts to resolve system issues. May work with vendors to resolve software problems.
- Acts as system resource to end users; answering questions and resolving their issues.
- Assists in development of standard processes and procedures as related to the scheduling system. Recommends changes to increase overall department effectiveness.
Required:- Associate degree in business related field.
- Two years of experience in a health care setting.
Preferred:- Prior experience with staffing and scheduling systems, such as Clairvia, Kronos, or Ansos.
- Prior experience with onboarding, orientation or training activities.
