Key Details:
Job Title: End User Support Engineer
Location: 3 days/week onsite in Carlisle PA.
Duration: Long term contract
Top Requirements:- Sr. Support Engineer with large enterprise printing network experience
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Documentation (word, SharePoint)
- ServiceNow
- MECM tool experience is a very strong plus
- 3rd tier level support and triaging with desktop/laptop support
- Firm knowledge in IT infrastructure
- Managing the enterprise printing for our clients corporate offices, stores, data centers and distribution centers.
- Responsible for about 15K printers, along with other team members
- Troubleshooting, taking and resolving issue calls that come in, and crating proper documentation to record issues and resolutions.
